PET LUMPS Grade A is agglomerated, high-cleanliness PET scrap. Uppercase industrial naming is common on manifests and specifications; the material is polyester agglomerate for mechanical recycling into sheet, strapping, fibre, and related extruded products.
Quality indicators
- Contaminant types: PVC, aluminium, adhesives, other polymers
- Particle size span and proportion of fines
- Intrinsic viscosity or relative melt stability where measured
Processing
Size reduction, drying, extrusion with solid-state or melt-phase IV management, and filtration follow standard PET mechanical recycling practice; exact conditions depend on incoming lump morphology and target application.
